License Terms
When you buy a theme from Bestseller Themes, operated by LLC Shopipai (Georgia, ID 405758764), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You do not buy ownership of the theme. These License Terms are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Regular license
The Regular license lets you use the theme on one live Shopify store, owned by you or by one client you build it for. You may also use it on development, staging or unpublished copies of that same store. To use the theme on another live store, you need another license.
2. Extended license
The Extended license is for agencies, freelancers and businesses running several stores. It lets you use the theme on an unlimited number of live Shopify stores that you own or that you build for your clients. Each client may use the theme only on the store you build for them; the client does not receive the right to reuse it elsewhere.
3. What both licenses allow
- Install, customize and modify the theme's code and design for the permitted store(s).
- Use the theme in stores that sell any lawful products.
- Keep using the theme for as long as you comply with these terms — the license does not expire.
4. What neither license allows
- Selling, sharing, giving away, sublicensing or redistributing the theme files, modified or not — including as a "template", "starter theme" or part of another theme or product.
- Uploading the theme files to marketplaces, file-sharing sites or public code repositories.
- Removing copyright notices from the code.
- Using our product images, demo content or branding as your own, unless the product page says they are included.
5. Third-party assets
Some themes use third-party fonts, icons or libraries that have their own licenses. Demo images are for preview only and are not included unless stated. You are responsible for licensing any content you add to your store.
6. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms, if you receive a refund, or if a chargeback is made for the purchase. On termination you must stop using the theme and delete all copies.
7. Upgrading your license
Bought a Regular license and need more stores? Contact us and upgrade to Extended by paying the price difference.
